Purchased your Locals Day offer? Next up, we’ll need to verify you’re a local.
Simply email proof that you’ve lived in the designated local area for at least 3 months to [email protected], or bring it along to the Guest Services Team at our Queenstown Snow Centre or on the mountain.
This could be a utility bill, letter of offer from your employer, or an addressed bank statement.
Once verified, your Locals Day product will be ready to use. Already have a MyPass card? You’re good to go. Need a pass? Scan your product QR code at a MyPass kiosk on-Mountian or at our Queenstown Snow Centre to print one.
Locals Day is for residents who have lived in the local area for at least 3 months.
Local area for the Queenstown Lake District includes: Queenstown, Arrowtown, Gibbston Valley, Glenorchy, Kingston, Wanaka, Tarras, Cromwell, Clyde, Alexandra, Hawea and Makarora.
Local area for Mt Hutt includes: All residents living between the Rakaia and Rangitata rivers. E.g. Ashburton, Methven, Rakaia, Hinds, Mt Sommers.
You’ll need to show proof of residency when redeeming the offer, such as a utility bill, letter of offer from your employer, or an addressed bank statement.
