The Remarkables offers a range of Instructor Training programmes for confident skiers and snowboarders riding reds and blacks who want to take their skills to the next level. Whether you're working towards instructor certification or simply looking to experience world-class coaching to elevate your skiing or riding, you'll train alongside NZSIA and SBINZ trainers and examiners through a mix of on-snow coaching and indoor workshops.

Can I get a job as a ski or snowboard instructor at The Remarkables after the course?
The Rookie Instructor Training Programme is one of the most direct pathways into a paid ski or snowboard instructor role with NZSki.
While employment isn't guaranteed, participants will have the opportunity to interview during the programme, and successful candidates may be offered a role on our Snowsports team, depending on performance and availability.
