If you already have a reusable MyPass card, you can reload online and head straight to the lifts. If you are a new guest or need to replace your card, you can collect your pass up from our Guest Services team or our self-serve kiosks in one of the following locations:
• Coronet Peak, in the base building – right by ground floor entrance.
• The Remarkables, in the base building – right by ground floor entrance.
• Mt Hutt, in the base building – right by ground floor entrance.
• Our Snow Centre in downtown Queenstown.
Selected passes, including the 3 Peak Pass and Superpass include access across Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Mt Hutt.
Yes. The Superpass gives you full flexibility to ski Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, or even Mt Hutt, all on one pass. You don't have to choose your mountain in advance, making it perfect for travellers who want to check the weather and decide on the day.
The more days you purchase, the more you save. And if the weather changes or you need a rest day, you can use your Superpass for select off-mountain activities in Queenstown or save it for later in the season.
Yes, booking ahead is recommended. Lessons & Packages can be in high demand during weekends and school holidays, so reserving your package or lesson early helps secure your spot.
Please note: Rentals are not available to book in advance and are issued on a first in, first served basis. However, you can save time by purchasing your rental products online in advance, collecting your MyPass card from Guest Services or our Kiosks then head in to see our Rentals team on the mountain who will get you fitted and ready for a fun day on the snow.

For families with a mix of abilities, Superpass is often a great option. It gives you full lift access at Remarks, Coronet Peak & Mt Hutt, with the added flexibility to use the value of the pass for a range of dining, activities and experiences across Queenstown & Canterbury. It's a good choice if some of the family plan to ski all day while others might want the flexibility to do something different.
If you're skiing with younger children, the Parent Pass can be a really handy option. It allows two parents to share one lift pass, taking turns skiing while the other stays with the kids. It's a practical way for both parents to enjoy time on the mountain.
For families with beginners, the Learner Area Pass provides lift access to the beginner terrain so new skiers and snowboarders can build confidence without needing a full mountain pass straight away.

It gives you access to skiing or riding at Mt Hutt, The Remarkables or Coronet Peak with the option to exchange your pass for a range of experiences across Canterbury & Queenstown if your plans change. From dining to hot pools and local activities. It's a great option if you want to keep your plans flexible.
Short on time? The Afternoon Pass is ideal if you're arriving later in the day and still want to get a few good laps in.
For those just starting out, the Learner Area Pass provides lift access to the beginner area so you can focus on building confidence on the snow.

Yes. The Learner Area Pass is designed for guests who are new to skiing or snowboarding. It provides surface conveyor lift access to the beginner areas, making it a more affordable option while you're learning the basics.
Booking online in advance is recommended, particularly during weekends and school holidays. This helps secure your spot and means less time waiting once you arrive.
How long is my Superpass valid for?
A Superpass is valid for the NZSki (Coronet Peak, The Remarakbles, Mt Hutt) operational season the year in which the pass was purchased for. Please note that different ski resorts may have different dates for their winter season. Please check their websites in advance.
How to Redeem Your Superpass?
It's easy! Just use the unique code on the back of your MyPass card. Take your MyPass card straight to any Superpass mountain or partner to redeem your credit or pass. That's it - no hassle, just more ways to enjoy your ski trip.

Where can I collect my MyPass card from?
Before you ski at Coronet Peak, The Remarkables or Mt Hutt, you will need to collect your MyPass card. This is your ticket to these mountains.
• Skied with us before? Great, welcome back! If you already have your MyPass card, you can use this again to access our lifts, pick up your rentals, or to join your Snowsports lesson.
• Purchased online? You can collect your MyPass Card by scanning the barcode in your confirmation email at one of our Kiosks or by visiting Guest Services.
• Queenstown Snow Centre: If you're planning to visit Coronet Peak or The Remarkables in Queenstown, we recommend you collect your MyPass card in advance at The Snow Centre at 25 Shotover Street.
• Methven Snow Desk: If you're planning to visit Mt Hutt and are staying in Methven, we recommend you collect your MyPass card in advance from our Town Office at 94 Main Street between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
• If you are visiting one of our Superpass Partners before you have collected your MyPass card, you will need to show their Guest Services team your confirmation email and order receipt.
What if I lose my MyPass card?
If you lose or misplace your MyPass card or it is stolen, please report this immediately to NZSki Guest Services by emailing [email protected] so they can suspend/cancel it and re-issue a replacement. A card replacement fee of $5 may apply.
Can someone else redeem my Superpass?
No. Superpasses are non-transferable. The named pass holder must be present to receive the credit towards the partners product, service or activity. Parents/Guardians can redeem passes on behalf of children.
What else do I need to know?
Only 1 Superpass can be redeemed per transaction. Superpass credit can only be used in a single transaction. For example, if you spend $10 of your credit, the remaining balance will no longer be available. Each full day of skiing = 1 Superpass.
