Make the most of your time on the mountain by picking up your gear the afternoon before. Swing by the Snow Centre on 25 Shotover Street in central Queenstown, and head straight for the slopes when you get on the mountain. Our team makes it quick and easy, so you're ready to ride as soon as the lifts open.
All gear must be returned back in town.

Prefer to collect your ski or snowboard equipment on the mountain? Too easy. Our Rentals team will have you expertly fitted and ready to hit the slopes with quality gear for a great day on the snow!
Please allow plenty of time (up to an hour) to get your gear sorted. If you have a lesson booked, ensure you're on mountain early enough to be on snow and ready to go for your lesson start time.
Top Tip: Collect your MyPass Card at our kiosks or stop by Guest Services before visiting the Rentals team.

Yes, booking ahead is recommended. Lessons & Packages can be in high demand during weekends and school holidays, so reserving your package or lesson early helps secure your spot.
Please note: Rentals are not available to book in advance and are issued on a first in, first served basis. However, you can save time by purchasing your rental products online in advance, collecting your MyPass card from Guest Services or our Kiosks then head in to see our Rentals team on the mountain who will get you fitted and ready for a fun day on the snow.
We’ve got all your on-mountain essentials covered. Ski, snowboard and helmet rentals are available for adults and children, along with jackets and pants to keep you comfortable on the slopes.
For hygiene reasons, gloves and goggles aren’t available to rent. If you need them, our on-mountain snow shop is stocked with the latest gear and all the essentials you might need before heading out on the mountain.
Visiting during a busy period? We recommend booking your rentals online in advance to save time on arrival and get straight into the adventure.
Hire skis, snowboards, clothing, and helmets right on the mountain.
For hygiene reasons, we don’t rent gloves or goggles, but you can buy them at our Mt Hutt retail shop.
To book your rental gear, simply add rentals when booking online or through Guest Services. On arrival, bring your MyPass card to the rental department, our team will get you fitted quickly and efficiently.

We have equipment for adults and kids aged 4+. For younger children, contact us to discuss options.
Choose from top brands like Head, Burton, and Salomon. As your skills progress, upgrade to performance gear. All equipment is regularly tuned for top performance.
